EXCELLENT Based on 53 reviews Posted on Deborah Colleen RoseFebruary 18, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was blessed to have found Lovewell when my mother required hospice services. My blessings came from everyone I came in contact with there. However, I am especially grateful for my nurse, Mac and our home aid, Melody. They did their job and then they did more. They made my mother and I laugh, and brought comfort and peace to our home. I can't imagine loosing my mother without their care, support and I will say it, love. I am so grateful to them.Posted on Jeremy AdamsFebruary 16, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A True Blessing for My Mother and Family Our family is deeply grateful to Lovewell hospice for the loving care they provided to my mother. The nurses and aides were not only professional but truly compassionate, acting like 'earth angels' when we needed them most. They were always a phone call away, answering every question with patience and ensuring my mother’s transition was peaceful. Special thanks to her nurse the very patient Jessica and her very special aide Sharon for their gentle presence and unwavering support till the very end. Their support extended to our whole family, making an impossibly difficult time much more bearable. We are forever grateful for their kindness. My mum passed on peacefully knowing she was surrounded by love. Thank you once againPosted on Anthony GravesDecember 24, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovewell Hospice, and especially Jennifer, have been an incredible blessing during some of the hardest seasons of our lives. Jennifer was with us for both journeys—first with Cindy and now with Sonny—and her presence made all the difference. From the very first conversation, she led with compassion, clarity, and a calm confidence that immediately put our family at ease. She showed up not just as a medical professional, but as a true partner—anticipating needs, offering support before we even knew to ask, and caring for our loved ones with a level of dignity and kindness that we will never forget. Every interaction with Jennifer carried a spirit of excellence and empathy. She treated our family like her own, guided us through difficult decisions, and ensured comfort, peace, and respect in every moment. Her communication was consistent and thoughtful, and her presence brought comfort when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for Jennifer’s heart, her steadiness, and the exceptional care she provided through both losses. Lovewell Hospice made unimaginable moments a little lighter, and Jennifer’s compassion will always be something we remember with deep gratitude.Posted on Jon SpurgerNovember 17, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience with LoveWell and their team. Jennifer was our care team leader and was amazing, helpful and willing to explain the process every step of the way. This was the second parent that we have used LoveWell services for and each time their care and compassion was unmatched. We are so grateful and thankful to have a team like this by our side during this extremely difficult time and thankful to Jennifer for always being there for my family. I would recommend LoveWell and in particular Jennifer to anyone needing Hospice services for their loved one.Posted on Mark AstonNovember 5, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mom has dementia and has been on service for months now so there’s been some changes in the staff taking care of “us” so I truly hope I don’t leave anyone out! Mom’s caregivers include: Jenn, Dana, Denise, Angela, Zoe, Mac, Lainey, Keisha, Emon, Heather, Mary, Sharon, Sue & Nicole. Please forgive me if I left anyone out but yes it takes a village! Finding Lovewell has been the BEST decision my brother and I have made so far. Our father recently passed and our lives were instantly turned upside down in every way imaginable. Lovewell came in and took care of ALL of us and continue to do so. I promise you will not be disappointed ♥️ I would love to personally recognize each staff member in detail but nobody likes a super long message😊 All we can say is THANK YOU ALL!!
