Within 2 Days of being on service an Owner, Director of
Nursing, or Administrator will contact the patient and
family as a touch point to answer any questions and to
follow up on their experience.
7-Day Nurse Practitioner or Physician Visit Request
Guarantee
Every patient can request an in person visit by our Nurse
Practitioner to discuss their plan of care and go over their
expectations. We realize that this may not be important to
all our customers and as a result offer this as a courtesy if
this will improve their experience.
