From the beginning, Stephen and Heather have been amazing and caring. Heather goes out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of - and despite some hiccups on our side - she continues to reach out and be supportive. 10/10 recommend utilizing this company for caregiver services!Posted on Google Jan WightMay 26, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gary and his wife, Marie, were incredibly helpful from the very beginning, taking the time to answer all of my questions. They were available 24/7 and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother was comfortable at home and that we had everything we needed. Having Spanish-speaking staff was such a blessing for our family. Every nurse, aide, and team member we interacted with was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their work. Even the nurse who came when my mother passed showed exceptional care and empathy, taking the time to clearly explain the entire process involving the funeral home and examiner. She handled everything with such grace. I am truly grateful that God led me to this company. Lovewell will always be my number one choice for hospice care.Posted on Google Deborah Colleen RoseFebruary 18, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was blessed to have found Lovewell when my mother required hospice services. My blessings came from everyone I came in contact with there. However, I am especially grateful for my nurse, Mac and our home aid, Melody. They did their job and then they did more. They made my mother and I laugh, and brought comfort and peace to our home. I can't imagine loosing my mother without their care, support and I will say it, love. I am so grateful to them.Posted on Google Jeremy AdamsFebruary 16, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A True Blessing for My Mother and Family Our family is deeply grateful to Lovewell hospice for the loving care they provided to my mother. The nurses and aides were not only professional but truly compassionate, acting like 'earth angels' when we needed them most. They were always a phone call away, answering every question with patience and ensuring my mother’s transition was peaceful. Special thanks to her nurse the very patient Jessica and her very special aide Sharon for their gentle presence and unwavering support till the very end. Their support extended to our whole family, making an impossibly difficult time much more bearable. We are forever grateful for their kindness. My mum passed on peacefully knowing she was surrounded by love. In some of the most trying times, it's nice to know that you can depend on the great people at LoveWell. They cared for my Dad and they were kind, caring, loving and very knowledgeable. Their experience and guidance were much appreciated during a tough and confusing time. I highly recommend using them in your family's time of need.
